Jamboree In The Hills

The community is rallying behind a Wintersville teen who was shocked during a storm by raffling off a special autographed Jamboree in the Hills guitar.

Matt Phillips, 17, was shocked in early May during a storm.

With help from Live Nation, all country music stars from this year's Jamboree signed the instrument.

The guitar will be raffled off at 5 p.m., August 26, at the Spot Bar in Steubenville.
